At the BTS Official Music Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of official albums and merchandise. If your order is damaged or incorrect, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all collectible inclusions like photocards, posters, and stickers are included and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items to confirm they are in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement.
